Fast quote
Tell us what you need and when — we reply the same working day.

The question everybody asks first
“Will you actually have 20 free on my date?”
Almost always, yes.
Six units, ten, twenty — those are the numbers that make smaller suppliers hesitate, check a spreadsheet and call you back tomorrow. We hold 137 iPads and 36 Android tablets, so those come out of normal stock. No scramble, no borrowing from a friend's warehouse, no mixed set of whatever was left. There are 54 units of the 9th generation alone.
You should be worrying about your run sheet. Not about whether the tablets exist.
Why event companies call us first
New enough. Enough of them. Already on stands.
Three things decide whether an iPad rental helps your event or becomes another thing to manage. We built the whole business around them.
A current fleet, and you pick the tier
Our main fleet is 9th, 10th and 11th generation plus 13-inch iPad Air. We also keep older 9.7-inch units for simple jobs at a lower rate. What never happens is an old one turning up when you booked a new one.
173 tablets, matched sets
Six, ten, twenty — the quantities that make other suppliers check and call back tomorrow come straight out of stock here. And a large order ships as one generation: 54 units of the 9th, 28 of the 10th, 22 of the 11th. Every unit on your registration row looks and behaves identically.
The stand is half the product
Floor stands for walkways and booth entrances, table stands for registration desks — every one of them locking. The iPad arrives mounted, charged and tested. Nothing to assemble on site.
Which adds up to one thing: a registration desk that is somebody else's problem. One supplier, one delivery, one setup, one collection — instead of an iPad order, a stand order, a courier, and someone from your team charging tablets the night before.
Cellular when Wi-Fi fails
Hall Wi-Fi collapses at peak. Cellular units carry their own data and keep taking registrations.
Apps pre-loaded and tested
Send us your registration app, form link or kiosk settings. Installed and checked on every unit before it leaves.
Delivery, setup, dismantle
Delivered the day before, set up at the venue, collected after. You do not carry, charge or return anything.
Stock & specifications
173 tablets on the shelf. Tap any one for the full spec.
Model, year, chip, OS version, dimensions, weight and port — published, because you should not have to email anyone to find out whether your app will install or whether the unit fits your counter cut-out.

Every one of these runs the latest iPadOS, so anything on the App Store today will install.

Honest workhorses for simple jobs: a check-in form, a web kiosk, a voting or feedback station. They cost less, which matters when you need thirty. They cannot be updated past the iPadOS shown — if your app needs something newer, take the current fleet. You will never be sent one of these unless you asked for it.

All units ship with charger and cable. Cellular units carry their own data — useful when hall Wi-Fi cannot be relied on. Check the charging port above if you are mixing generations: not everything is USB-C.
Security stands
Six stands. Three for the floor, three for the counter.
We do not stock open cradles — every one of them takes a key. On the floor you choose by what has to fit: a moulded stand for the iPad 9th generation, a clamp stand that takes almost any tablet, or a telescopic one when the height is not settled yet. On the counter you choose by how hard it has to be to walk away with — frameless, metal enclosure, or alarmed.
| Stand | Fits | Security | Total height | Base | Weight | Units |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| iPad 9th only floor stand | iPad 9th gen | Locking enclosure, key | 1200 mm | — | — | — |
| Tablet stand floor stand | Most 9.7″–11″ tablets | Locking clamp, key | — | — | — | — |
| Multiple size floor stand | Height adjustable, multiple sizes | Locking clamp, key | Adjustable | — | — | — |
| Frameless stand with lock | Table · 9.7″–11″ | Frameless, key-locked | — | — | — | — |
| Anti-theft metal stand | Table · 9.7″–11″ | Full enclosure, key | — | — | — | — |
| White stand with alarm | Table · 9.7″–11″ | Alarm + cable lock | — | — | — | — |
Both stands rotate between portrait and landscape. Stands can be rented on their own if you are bringing your own iPads.
Signatures, on the screenAdd-on
Add styluses to any booking and guests can sign a waiver, a consent form or a delivery acknowledgement directly on the screen — no clipboard, no paper to key in afterwards. They also work for simple drawing and annotation at product demos. We hold 25.
Rented separately, not included with the iPads. Third-party styluses rather than Apple Pencil. Tell us at booking which iPads you want them paired with.
iPad 9th only floor stand6 photos
The workhorse. A moulded enclosure sized to the iPad 9th generation, on a square weighted base at 120 cm. Nothing to adjust on site, nothing to come loose — you set it down and walk away.

Tablet stand floor stand3 photos
Round weighted base and a four-corner clamp instead of a fixed enclosure, so it takes what the moulded stand will not — Samsung, Honor, a different iPad generation, a device left in its case.

Frameless stand with lock3 photos
The quiet one. No frame around the screen, just the tablet on a slim locking arm — on a branded counter it is your client's design people notice, not our hardware.

Anti-theft metal stand1 photos
The opposite approach: a metal enclosure over the bezel and ports, on a round base. Harder to tamper with, and the ports are out of reach — for a counter that is busy and unwatched.

White stand with alarm3 photos
The one that makes noise. A coiled cable locks into the port and a sensor sits in the base — lift the tablet off, or cut the cable, and it sounds. This is the retail-counter kind, the sort phone shops use. For an unattended point in open public space, where locked and noticed are not the same thing.

If we do not have it yet
Tell us early enough and we will buy it in.
Most rental companies answer a large or unusual request with “sorry, out of stock”. We would rather grow the shelf. If your event needs more units than we hold, or a stand style we do not carry, say so at the enquiry stage.
Our work
On the floor, on the day.
Not manufacturer renders and not stock library images. This is our own equipment, photographed at the venues we were working. If you want to see a specific setup before you book, ask — we will send more.
At real events10 photos
Convention centres, hotel ballrooms, school halls, showrooms and roadshows. Our own equipment, on the floor, on the day.

The stock behind the booking4 photos
This is what makes a fifty-unit order boring instead of stressful.

Where we deliver
We have already worked in the halls you book.
Every convention centre has its own loading bay rules, lift bookings, access passes and setup windows. We have been through them — so you do not spend your morning explaining the venue to your supplier.

How it works
From your first message to us driving away.
Eight steps, and only three of them need anything from you. The rest is our job.
- 01
You send the details
Date, time, quantity, venue and what the iPads are for. The form on this page or a WhatsApp message is enough.
- 02
We quote
Same working day, with availability confirmed. You will know whether we have the units before you commit to anything.
- 03
You confirm
Reply to accept and we lock the dates and the units against your name. Peak exhibition weeks go early, so earlier is safer.
- 04
Payment
A deposit secures the booking; the balance is settled before we load the van. See the terms below.
- 05
We prepare
Your app, form link or kiosk settings installed and tested on every unit. Stands matched to the models, everything charged.
- 06
Delivery & setup
Delivered the day before your event and set up at the venue. Nothing for your team to carry, assemble or charge.
- 07
Your event runs
If a unit misbehaves, message us and we bring a replacement. You should not be troubleshooting tablets on show day.
- 08
We collect
We come back after the event and take everything away, including the stands. You walk out with your own things only.
Payment & terms
No surprises at the loading bay. This is how payment works, in full.
FAQ
The questions we get asked every week.
Will you have 6 / 10 / 20 units free on my date?
Almost always. We hold 137 iPads and 36 Android tablets, and 54 of those iPads are the same 9th generation model, so a twenty-unit matched set comes out of normal stock rather than a scramble. Peak exhibition weeks do get busy — send us the date early and we will confirm availability straight away, before you commit to anything.
How tall are the floor stands?
120 cm to the top of the cradle on our standard floor stand — roughly waist-to-chest height on a standing adult, which is the comfortable height for someone signing in. Telescopic models adjust; full dimensions for every stand are in the stands table above.
Can the iPad be locked to the stand?
Yes — and there is no other option. We do not stock open cradles. Every floor stand and every table stand locks the iPad into its housing with a key, at no extra charge. Unattended registration points stay intact for the full event.
Which generation will I get?
Mostly 9th, 10th and 11th generation iPads, plus iPad mini 5 and 13-inch iPad Air. We also carry Samsung Galaxy Tab and Honor Android tablets. Tell us which you need and we reserve it; if you have no preference we send whatever gives you a matched set, so every unit on your registration desk looks and behaves the same.
Do you have anything bigger than a standard iPad?
Yes — the 13-inch iPad Air, for product demos, digital brochures and signage where a 10-inch screen is too small to read from a walkway.
Can guests sign on the screen?
Yes, with a stylus. We hold 25 of them and they are rented separately from the iPads, not included. Guests can then sign a waiver, a consent form or a delivery acknowledgement directly on screen — nothing to print, nothing to key in afterwards. They are third-party styluses rather than Apple Pencil, and they are fine for signing, initialling and simple drawing. Ask for them at booking and tell us which iPads you want them paired with.
Can you install our registration app before delivery?
Yes, and we test it on every unit before it leaves. Send us the app, the web link or the kiosk-mode settings you need. There is no extra charge.
Portrait or landscape?
Both. The stands rotate, so the same unit works as a portrait check-in kiosk or a landscape demo screen.
Do you rent stands without iPads?
Yes — if you already own the devices and only need the stands, we rent those on their own.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Anywhere in Malaysia — including Sabah and Sarawak. If you can hold an event there, we can get the equipment there; it is only a question of transport cost. Delivery within the Klang Valley is included in the quoted price. Anywhere else, after-hours delivery, or a venue with stairs and no lift is quoted separately.
